⌇ Ingredients ⌇
♪ 3 cloves of Garlic
♪ Chicken and/or Beef [ Cut the into small pieces ]
or
♪ Prawn and/or Squid
♪ 4 cups of Water
♪ Thick Soy Sauce 1 tsp
♪ Oyster Sauce 3 tbs
♪ Veggies [ According to preference ]
♪ Corn Flour [ Mix with water ]
♪ Salt and pepper
♪ Noodle or Kuey Teow 1 packet
♪ Parsley, Scallion or Fried Shallot [ For garnish ]
⌇ Steps ⌇
✿ Heat a bit of oil and saute the garlic
✿ Add in the meat or seafood and stir them
✿ Pour the water and add both sauces
✿ Let it cook for 15-20 mins
✿ Now add all the veggies and cook for about 1-2 mins
✿ Add the corn flour to thicken the gravy texture
✿ Add more water if needed
✿ Season with salt and pepper
✿ Add noodle and mix them throughly just for 1-2 mins and turn off the heat
or
✿ Soak the noodle into a hot water for few minutes, drain it and pour the gravy on it only when you want to eat it
✿ Garnish it

Easy & Delicious Grandpa's Noodle Recipe a.k.a Mee Tok Wan ~
✿ܓ My late great grandpa always eat this before lunch time ~ haha. ~ ٩(͡๏̮͡๏)۶
⌇ Ingredients ⌇
♪ 4 Onions
♪ 3 cloves of Garlic > BLEND THEM ALL
♪ Dried chilli paste 2 tbs
♪ Oyster Sauce 2 tbs
♪ Sweet Soy Sauce 4 tbs
♪ Light Soy Sauce 1 tbs > MIX THEM ALL
♪ Fish Sauce 2 tbs
♪ Sesame Oil 1 tsp [ Optional ]
♪ Chilli Sauce 1tbs
♪ Water 2-4 cups [ Depends on how much you want the gravy to be ]
♪ Chicken and/or Beef [ Small slices ]
or
♪ Squid and/or Prawn
♪ 2-3 Eggs
♪ Corn Flour 2 tbs [ Mix with water ]
♪ Tomatoes
♪ Some veggies
♪ Noodles 1 packet
⌇ Steps ⌇
✿ Add the blend ingredients and water in a heated pan and let them boil a little
✿ Add all the sauces and stir well
✿ Add meat or seafood and seasoned them with salt
✿ Add eggs and let it cook a while
✿ Add veggies
✿ To make the gravy thicker, add the corn flour
✿ Now add in the noodles and let them boil
✿ Add more salt if needed
