Wild Pine Mushroom
Water 1 cup
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
⌇ Steps ⌇
Remove the dirt on the mushroom with a knife [ be careful not to damage the mushroom ]
Clean it out gently with a wet cloth
Slice the mushroom thinly [ Like thin noodle ]
Put the mushroom in a cup
Pour hot water into another cup
Season the water with soy sauce
Now pour the water on the sliced mushroom
Cover it with plastic wrap for a few minutes before eating it
